I was just at the grocery store, and heard her magnificent voice singing her biggest hit “Constant Craving”. If you don’t know the song… U-tube it. If you are / were not a fan of Country (sorry Alternative Country) and you don’t know who she is, think… Roy Orbison - Crying… they did a memorable duet together. And if you don’t know who Roy Orbison is well then
Anyway, I started thinking about her… how she and other musical artist, just arrive on the scene to the masses (usually after years of toil); they are heavily promoted by record labels as the flavor of the moment, then dropped like a pair of dirty underwear. There are just so many of them, from Alanis Morissette (Jagged Little Pill), to Color Me Badd (I want to sex you up), to the Knack (Get the Knack). These artist all sang about sex and relationships… but way back when, that’s all everyone mostly sang about. The only one who still seems to sing about sex now, all the time is Ludacris. But I digress.

One of the cornerstones of healthy living is to get the appropriate amount and type of exercise. The general bill of fare is a stretching routine, some kind of resistance training, and something that taxes your cardio system, both aerobically and anaerobically.
I came across this cry for help on the web:
“I have a hard time exercising sometimes because my boobs are so big. Sometimes I can’t breathe and do certain exercises because it hurts my chest (like running or doing jumping jacks). Also, I can’t do sit-ups or crunches because it hurts my lower back. Can you recommend any exercises that won’t hurt my chest or back?"
I thought I would post this to get input and comments about the challenges of exercise from those who fit the bill.
Ladies, do larger boobs prevent you from exercising?
Have anyone of you found and exercise routine and proper clothing to reduce or eliminate the difficulties?

Conceit: an excessively favorable opinion of one's own ability, importance, wit, etc.
The only real difference between the two is the extent of belief in one’s own ability… but where is the line? When members talk about their sexual ability, when does confidence become conceit?

It’s a sex site! So why are people surprised, upset, offended (choose your word) by nudity on this site.
I’m not the smartest person on this site and I’m sure I'm not the dumbest, but it continues to baffle me when I see posts and comments about the level of nudity in profiles and in blogs. This is a sex site, right? If posting nude pictures of yourself in your profile or blog is not your thing… it’s not your thing. I get that, because it’s not my thing too. But if it’s someone’s thing, I get that also, because they have a right to do so… so says the people who own, created and administer the website. If the powers that be were not down with it, they would remove it in a heartbeat.
I enjoy looking at nude pictures of women… in person is better… but pictures work too. Pictures of cocks, extreme close-ups or not, is so not my thing, but you know what… it was not posted for my benefit. Same with extreme pictures of pussy, or tits or ass… no member was sitting around thinking… I wonder if Khu (substitute your own handle here), will be offended by this picture… let me just fire off a message to see if it will offend his delicate sensibilities. I am not at the center of their world.
I get that it is an issue of what you feel is tasteful and respectable, that’s why you call it out… I understand ladies, you don’t want to see an endless sea of cocks staring back at you, as you go about this site. Think about it from my perspective… I’m a heterosexual male… so if the cock doesn’t belong to me, I’m not interested in it. But hopefully here in Blogville you can look past the pic, read the words and get to know the individual behind the picture… or should the type of individual you are be judged solely by your profile pictures? Before you answer that, just remember that to the rest of the world outside of this and other sex sites, we are all tasteless, vulgar, corrupt, unprincipled, nefarious, and indecent individuals, who crave nothing but attention and sexual gratification! It’s a sex site, and a “for profit” one… I get that. So you need to run ads and such to generate revenue. So the little side bar, “Free” live Cam Chat ads, ok, you are trying to appeal to my sexual orientation. After a while it just blends in and you ignore it. But when the side bar becomes a man giving another man a blow job, you think typical VisionPersonals.com, random fuck up. When it happens again, and again, and the images become more graphic, group facials and penetration, it becomes a WTF kind of moment.

I caught about 2 minutes of the TV show “The Talk”, and one of the hosts threw out that comment… “Women always want what they don’t have”.
The host elaborated…if you have straight hair you want it curly, if it’s curly you want it straight. If you are Blonde, you want to be a Brunette or a Red head, bigger or smaller boobs, shorter or taller, longer legs and less torso, or vise-versa, it goes on and on.
Don’t even get me started on the shoe thing… never enough or the right one.

I am not a huge fan of Apple… Mac computers OK, it is a very good although somewhat limiting PC. That’s right Apple fans, a Mac is a PC (a personal computer), not a Windows PC, but a subset of the hardware that Windows was designed to work with. It’s not magical, it’s not a better mouse trap, it is limiting. The limiting factor is what makes it more appealing to a lot of people.
Now, before you get your panties in a bunch, here are some simple facts about computers… computers or more to the point, computer design (hardware or software) is just a choice, either or. That’s it. You want something that has fewer problems, let it do less. You want it to do more; then you will have more issues. It’s that simple; don’t believe me. Look at a calculator… it’s a computer, specifically design to do math… far more reliable that a Personal Computer, Windows, Mac, or other boxes running flavors of UNIX or Linux. Do you want it to be graphics based (the route Apple originally took) or texted base, (the route Windows and UNIX took), again a choice that has to be made. Even when it comes to how secure a computer is, there is a choice… the running joke is… if you want your computer to be safe… disable the Wi-Fi and remove the network card… it’s definitely safer that way, you just can’t use it how you normally do. And there is the common misconception that Apple’s Operation Systems (OS) are “safer” than a Windows OS… well it’s not… not according to the CVE or CCE (the organizations that track information security vulnerabilities and exposures). Macs are delivered to customer is a more locked down fashion, Windows boxes are open… if you wanted to (and had the time and know how), you could lock a Windows box down, by disabling features to get the level of security you wanted… or open it up… everything will work, the software and hardware you want, but also the stuff you don’t want. It always goes back to having to choose… the trade off, between simplicity and functionality.
What Apple excels at, once they came back from the dead, was marketing. The real irony of Apple’s survival, (a very surreal twist)… it was bailed out of certain death by a $150 million cash infusion from Bill Gates and Microsoft, back in 1997, to guarantee it’s short term survival. Anyway, marketing… Apple took an almost McDonald’s like approach, “get our customer while they are young… own them forever”. They have done it very well, and the older and younger generations have just followed like lemmings. For the records, I do like Mac computers… for what it is designed to do, it does it very well (all be it a little over-priced IMH … the hate I have for Apple is the “i” everything… iPad, iPod, iPhone. How their business model hasn’t gone through the anti-trust hassles that other have faced is beyond me. Apple fans are loyal, almost like cult members, and my are now members (iPod owners)… and since they are , I have to help then when things go wrong. You own an iWhatever… no it owns you it seems. BTW, I hope all you iFan, realize the iPod is just the digital reinvention of Sony’s Walkman and Discman, riding on the coat tails of the Napster phenomenon. And Tablets were around long before the iPad… the last kick at the can was back in 1999 / 2000… but since they were more costly than laptops, they didn’t really catch on. But I digress.
Back to my Apple hating adventure. So yesterday I pack up my 3 boys, and head off to the giant Mall, where the Apple store is. Being a tech guy, I usually don’t run to the store for help, most computer companies, put all the tech stuff on line, so if you can read, you can do it yourself. The Mall is forever under construction (always expanding and renovating)… I tried to park near the entrance where the apple store is, but no… under construction. I drive around to the other side of the mall, park and saw the sign I blogged about yesterday. I then proceed to drag the 3 through the mall, with the 5 year old wanting to ride up and down every escalator we pass. Get to the store, its packed full of all the Apple cult members. I start looking around for a free person to ask a question, I wanted to see if it was possible to get all the bought and paid for software consolidated onto one of the 2 iPOD 5, my middle owns (an even longer story how he ended up with two). I see a row of stools that looks like a tech support help desk (it says something like apple genius behind it). On my way there, I am intercepted by a 20 something hipster girl (complete with would be Rasta hat)… the genius concierge. She asked if I needed help, so I hit her with the question. Her attitude… well let’s just say her customer service skills need some help. Long story short, what I want might be possible, but I need to book an appointment with the “geniuses”, and come back to know yeah or nay. No doubt, I will be reaching for my wallet, with said appointment. We didn’t even get to the question that my oldest had, before she blew us off. Found another blue shirt, who suggested I “may” be able to find the info to handle my oldest ’s issue online.
So to re-cap… problems with an apple product… it will cost me time and money to fix, and I have to put up with attitude for my trouble. Yeah, Apple iProducts are great… they are easy to use, and very reliable… not so much it seems. But I guess if you are brainwashed into believing so, then keep on believing.
