Well things have been getting my down... so decided to do something I enjoy
play around with photography.... I just love Burlesque I think the suggestion of
something is more alluring than giving all the surprises away straight up...
So am sharing two pics I liked..... one is my new profile pic as I could not
add two photos to my post

Well having shit night...
Just dont know what to make of people anymore...
People you think are your friends can turn on you the most.
Somehow I am the bad person .... I made a deal with someone
I followed through on what I promised they did not ... yet somehow
I am in the wrong... and I am the one who is making a drama out
of things, I am the one who has no right to be disappointed...
Go figure cause I sure the hell cant...
Maybe its me....
Maybe I just dont know how to talk to people anymore,
Maybe I am just a bitch,
Maybe i am just not worth the space I take up....
So hopefully after some venting and some sleeping I might
feel better .......

Timely Reminder

Was reminded today that life is precious and can be
taken away with the blink of an eye.
A friend was in a bad car accident with her two young
. They were on their way to school doing nothing
wrong. A van coming the other way - whilst not speeding
but given the bad weather conditions had not considered
how dangerous it was... he came down a hill to fast, in pelting
rain, braked and spun his car into the side of my friends car.
Sending my friends car spinning and into a tree.
It was a large van and hit the door where a young was
in a restraint. How no one is badly injured is beyond me.
So I guess today I am lucky that I still have a friend, and
her two young are able to come to school and
play.
It has also brought up memories of a really bad accident I was
in with a truck which was not my fault over 20 years ago....
So life is short, dont waste it with people who are not worth it.
If you are with the wrong person the right person can not find you.
Stay well and safe in cyber world.

Once again I have rain coming through my sky light...
This would be about the 5th time, each time I complain to the
insurance company - they sometimes send someone out -
to only tell me that there is nothing wrong and that is the
nature of sky lights.
A total load of BS really - as I have three skylights - which were
badly damaged in the hail storm of early 2010 - since then
one had continually leaked.... so go figure - maybe people
just dont do repair work properly and no one wants to take
responsibility for it..... grrrrrr
My problem is I am afraid of heights so can not get up there.
I keep asking for help from people I know that could easily
spend 20 min get up silicone the sides and check over the tiles
for me - but alas am still waiting for that to happen.... give it another
12 months maybe something will happen....
Dont you hate it when people say they will do something but
never really do and maybe never really had any intentions of
doing it in the first place..
I know if I say I will something then I do it or let them know
if things have changed... just common manners really...

So when is enough enough...
When you give and give and give... and whilst I do so because
that is what I want to do... when is it enough when there is
no return.
Mind you I dont do things to get a return but the old saying
give and it shall return back to you twice.... just never seems to
apply to me....
I think people see me as a strong person, that has been through
a lot and come out the other side. The attitude that she will be right
look what she has done so far in life... or she does not need help
cause she had come so far......
I guess all I am saying that I feel I carry a lot of friends, look out for them,
be their shoulder to cry on, sometimes even their punching bag, I make
sure others know what is happening and no one is left out, a simple
message or text to let them know where to be or what is happening....
Yet in return I get close to nothing.
When I have asked for help no one is to be seen
When people know I was not present for information it is not passed on....
I guess today was just shit, one thing after another....
I changed my entire day around and wasted it because several people
failed to communicate with me... I dont get much time in my life
and to waste it completely really does piss me off... it says to me
that my time is not as important as others - that I am not valued
that its ok to always take and never return......
So instead of getting angry I find my self thinking the best thing to do is
step back, let a few people fall, let things slip through when I know
how to catch it... dont be so involved, dont think of others first...
But in the end that is who I am .... but maybe that is my problem
everyone comes first before me .... (mind you my will
always come first until they are of a fair age)
Anyway my little rant and vent....
Feeling used and abused today... in a bad way

A nice surprise

Well sometimes the small things make us happy.
My youngest won a colouring in competition and today
we went and collected the prize...
The look of excitement and happiness at winning something
and getting a prize was priceless.
Before going to get the prize I entered a competition online
and when I came home found out that I had won a $50 food
voucher to a restaurant near me.
So two nice things in one day....
I wonder if it really does come in threes... its nice to blog about
something positive.....

Spend a moment and remember what it is that all
have gone before us have fought so hard for..
all the blood, sweat and tears that stain the
paths of the battle fields all over the world...
let that not be in vain ...
Australia is my home and I am proud to be an Australian...
Lest We Forget...
We spent the morning at an Anzac Day March and will
end the day at the Storm v New Zealand RL Game...
Go Storm .. Run Billy Run.....
Enjoy the time off doing what ever you want
but never forget how it came to be.

Grrrrrrrrr so hate the Vet atm...
My poor dog (a staffy) did something silly.
Is now in need of an urgent operation to stop her
from getting blood poisoning and major infections.
Operation cost more than i have.... but thanks to my
Ex not paying the vet bill from 10 years ago.. I now
have a bad credit account against my name at my vet.
Hence he will not do payment plan - even though I
explained the situation and said that we are not together
and have not been for ever and that it is completely unfair
that his past actions are now dumped on me....
Went to another vet and cost me more money for a second
opinion, which was the same as the first one, but they
will not do payment plan as I am a new of theirs...
Whilst I dont want to be rich I just wish I had some spare
money atm... so now I have no fing idea what to do....
So over this ....... not a happy camper tonight...

I cant believe it Ch 9 are actually going to play the Storm game
this Sunday live at 3pm....
This is a first in over 12 months to show an away game that features
Storm live.....
Something must be happening for this to occur... argg thats right
the T.V. rights are up for the highest bidder again so Ch 9 must
need to prove they show the games at a reasonable time... lol...
Either way... it will be, curtains closed, popcorn ready, fire on,
wine chilled and ready to watch my Storm play on Sunday at 3pm
as they crush the Penrith Panthers....
Lets Go Melbourne, Lets Go...
Game on...
