Picture problems

Anyone know why pictures all of a sudden won't show up? I have noticed that other members are having the same problem. I didn't see anything under settings that would fix the problem. I have logged on to the site on my phone and on my computer under separate internet connections and both have the same issue. I have had the problem for the last 5 days. Of course VisionPersonals.com won't respond to my email so I was hoping someone has figured out what's going on
***UPDATE****
Looks like one of their severs had a problem and 1/3 of the members photos are temporarily down but not lost. VisionPersonals.com is in the process of getting all the photos back online which should take a few days.

Do gold members know that standard members cannot initiate contact?

I receive a lot of flirts and members adding me to their hotlist, sometimes multiple times in a week/ month. Now the only thing I can do being a standard member is click on their profile and hotlist. When I do click on someone's profile it might show 3 poor quality greyed-out photos with half a tag line in the background of a screen that asks me to become a paid member (but no profile information such as what you are looking for). Many of the members who express interest in me I would like to contact, but I am unable to do so. We will go back and forth clicking on each other's profiles and hotlisting each other without any conversation.
Gold members....... Now I am a former gold member and I have always known that standard members cannot make first contact, but I was wondering if that is uncommon to know. I can understand if someone started their profile as a gold member, they might not know what standard members can or cannot do, but it happens so frequently that it doesn't seem like the main reason.
I am also thinking it might be part of VisionPersonals.com's fault. For a week after my gold membership expired I received a flood of emails from random members in my area with only their tag line typed out word for word. I know from the content of the emails the members had nothing to do with sending them and it was just a cheap trick from VisionPersonals.com to get me to renew my membership.
Does anyone have any insight on this???
And if any members who have hotlisted/ flirted with me in the recent past, and your interest is legitimate, please send me a message!!!
