This weekend is Memorial Day Celebration here in the US.
It is traditionally hailed as the time when "summer" begins,
all the outdoor BBQ's, vacations, camping trips, beach time.
But, it is also the day dedicated to remembering and honoring
those in our military who have given of themselves to preserve
our way of life.
Let us remember ALL of them!
For the "sacrifices" that they make come in many different scales!

When you let your imagination soar in Flights of Fancy, ....
Where are the places you'd like to go?
What are the things you'd like to do?
I've been in a hot air balloon ...but it was a tethered flight, only 500ft up! So, I'd like to try a free flight!!!!
I've witnessed sea turtles come ashore, en masse, to lay their eggs.
I've also witnessed a sea turtle hatch, with their mad dash to the sea!
I've climbed several mountains.
I'd like to visit Bio Bay, or the Maldives.
I might like to visit Love Park in South Korea. 
It could be interesting seeing women rushing to open the doors for me!

A beach under the stars.
It was there,
with the sound of the surf,
and the scent of the salty air
floating on a warm gentle breeze.
We strolled leisurely along,
hand in hand.
We stopped and hugged,
face to face.
We kissed under the stars,
lips to lips.
We frolicked naked in the surf,
body to body.
Then Magic began!
The celestial beauty within you
shown through and lit up the night!

April 23 has been designated “World Book Night”. It is an annual celebration of books, and reading books. It originated in Ireland and the UK, and has now grown to become a world wide event.
It is about the love of reading. It is for people who, for whatever reason, don’t read for pleasure as much as they used to, or don't own books, or have yet to discover the joy of reading.
Why April 23? Well, first, it is William Shakespeare's birthday! Many years later,Shakespeare died on that very same date! Miguel de Cervantes, author of Don Quixote, also died on that date, as well!
Why a World Wide Book Night?
Because everything changes when we read!
