In need of advice....PLEASE!

Shopping for groceries I thought would be another boring Sunday afternoon. Much to my surprise she caught my eye. Flowing beautiful brown hair that came down to just below the shoulders, big bright brown eyes, a smile that an angel would have, a body with curves, and my favorite a pair of high spiked heels topped of with a sundress.
She had me the minute I laid eyes on her. She knew it too. She would spot me and make eye contact with me in the various aisles and give me a smile and nod of the head as if to say hello.
As I walked to the checkout I noticed she was in the checkout next to me. On the way out of the store she said to me, "Hello, I couldn't help but notice you looking at me. Do we know each other? Is there something you want to ask me?" All I could do in that moment was stammer out, "Umm, yes I was." I thought to myself oh great, now she thinks I am a bumbling idiot creeper.
Much to my happiness she said to me, "I take it you like my legs and heels. Would that be correct?" With which I replied, "Yes I certainly do. And I love your hair, your curves, your smile and your eyes."
Now this is when I was totally floored. She reached into her purse, pulled out a piece or paper, wrote something on it and gave it to me. It was her cell phone number. I was in total chock and disbelief. I think she knew it too. I could not believe this was happening to me. Me of all people in the world. Such a sensual and beautiful woman that is so sexy as herself giving me her number without me even asking for it.
Well she left and I proceeded home. All the while wondering if she gave me the phone number for some large linebacker that wanted to kick the butt of anyone calling his number, or if it was a setup in some way and not even her number.
Now I am in a real dilemma. I wan to text or call her. I live in a small town where just about everyone knows someone. I don't want to get caught by my family. What to do? What would you do?
Do any of you have any advice?
