I'm kicking back and relaxing. Lamenting the end of summer. Anticipating the colors of autumn. I grilled a couple of burgers for the family yesterday afternoon, and then sat on the deck in the warm sun for a few hours. Although the sun was fulgent, the air was cool.

Last night I attended a CSN concert at Bethel Woods, the performing arts center on the grounds of the original Woodstock concert. Stephen Stills has little voice left, but Graham Nash does the work of two. I thought during the show that it's a great tribute to these three men that people will spend $175 to hear them sing. Everyone was up and on their feet enjoying from the first song. We loved them so for so many years that we barely hear what is now lacking in their voice.
One of my favorites I had given up hope of hearing, but it was the second encore. "Teach Your Well" was sung in perfect harmony by CSN and the audience.

It's summer and I spend a lot of time poolside watching my swim, or sitting around waiting for him. So, instead of wasting the time, I often read.
The other morning I stopped at Barnes & Nobles to pick up some books. On the bargain table my interest was peaked by a book entitled "Who's (oops) Whose Grammar Book Is This Anyway?" Once home, I nestled into a comfy seat on the back deck and began to read.
