Dear God...and friends,
Today will be a new beginning...I will join the gym. I will make my Dr. apt. I will believe in my heart and mind that I can control my body and weight issues. I will respect myself and not let others disrespect me. I will be a better friend. I will listen to others and open my heart and eyes to what is really being said and why.
I am not really ready for before photo's but please try and encourage me...i have a rotten habit of forgetting that i am on a diet. I slip back into the ways of food being comfort to me, not substance.
God, please make this my best year, the year i gain confidence and change how i feel in the inside as well as the outside.

this week i saw an employed girl...not to attractive...a little homely with tattoo's all over her chest...and to top it off one right in the middle of her head...what's wrong with this situation...do i need a tattoo in the middle of my forehead to get a job?
i really dislike the automatic flush toilets...the minute you reach for the paper, a whoosh! and your ass feels like it just went through the maid of the mist...talk about wasted water, three flushes before you get out of the john
.
it's good to have clean hands when leaving the john...but why do you have to try at least six of the auto soap dispensers before you give up to just use water? then you move on to try at least three sinks for the water ... and at that point i leave with wet hands...I'm not playing the towel game.

In the world of giver's and taker's I would say in my mind there are those who offer all they have in all aspects of life...and then there are opportunists...they will take what is offered with no distinction of offering anything back with the attitude of "I never asked you too", and have no desire to give back. I seem to collect people in my life like that, from friends to lovers. Most times giving is a great pleasure, often I find myself giving as a means of control. to see a smile, to be thought well of...perhaps that in itself is crazy...to always do what's right, to be the good girl who is looked upon as the wife, mother, lover...it's hard to be June Clever.

IRS decides to audit Grandpa, and summons him to the IRS office. The IRS auditor was not surprised when Grandpa showed up with his attorney.
The auditor said, 'Well, sir, you have an extravagant lifestyle and no full-time employment, which you explain by saying that you win money gambling.
I'm not sure the IRS finds that believable.'
I'm a great gambler, and I can prove it,' says
Grandpa. 'How about a demonstration?'
The auditor thinks for a moment and said, 'Okay. Go ahead.'
Grandpa says, 'I'll bet you a thousand dollars that I can bite my own eye.'
The auditor thinks a moment and says, 'It's a bet.'
Grandpa removes his glass eye and bites it.
The auditor's jaw drops.
Grandpa says, 'Now, I'll bet you two thousand dollars that I can bite my other eye.'
Now the auditor can tell Grandpa isn't blind, so he takes the bet.
Grandpa removes his dentures and bites his good eye.
The stunned auditor now realizes he has wagered and lost three grand, with Grandpa's attorney as a witness. He starts to get nervous.
'Want to go double or nothing?' Grandpa asks 'I'll bet you six thousand dollars that I can stand on one side of your desk, and pee into that wastebasket on the other side, and never get a drop anywhere in between.'
The auditor, twice burned, is cautious now, but he looks carefully and decides there's no way this old guy could possibly manage that stunt, so he agrees again.
Grandpa stands beside the desk and unzips his pants, but although he strains mightily, he can't make the stream reach the wastebasket on the other side, so he pretty much urinates all over the auditor's desk.
The auditor leaps with joy, realizing that he has just turned a major loss into a huge win.
But Grandpa's attorney moans and puts his head in his hands.
'Are you okay?' the auditor asks.
'Not really,' says the attorney. 'This morning, when Grandpa told me he'd been summoned for an audit, he bet me twenty-five thousand dollars that he could come in here and pee all over your desk and you'd be happy about it.'
