There are times in your life when you have a choice and depending on which choice you make the path of your life changes dramatically. Recently, I've been feeling like my personal path through life is leading me to a fork in the road that won't just be heading one of two directions but one of several. And its feeling like I will have to make a choice between the alternate paths.

God damn, I must be psychic or something. The drama plane just landed on my doorstep.
One of my best friends of 10 years has been dating a good guy for about 4 months. I got to spend the day with the two of them recently. I like the guy. He is stable grounded and everything I think my best friend needs for a boyfriend. He was everything he complained his previous boyfriends were not. I just found my best friend just cheated on his new boyfriend.
Seriously!?!?
Now, I am pissed with my best friend, and really torn about how to proceed since I really liked this other guy and would have loved to hang out with him some more. He had a good head on his shoulders, we clicked on several friend areas and would have been a great addition to the my circle of friend.

I have done some restructuring of my time and added some more activities to my routine. In doing so, during the week after work, I have just enough free time to cook dinner and maybe get an hour or two to unwind before having to turn in.
Why is it, that now that I don't have the free time, people and very attractive people to boot are coming out of the woodworks to play. Seriously life, you can be a right down vicious bastard.

Mobile Site and Instant Messenger

So I've been signing into VisionPersonals.com's mobile site a lot recently and noticed a huge increase in hits and messages. Particularly chats. Worst part about this is I can't stand the instant messenger. It's gotten a lot better over the years but unless I'm paying attention then and there I miss contacts. I vastly prefer email contacts, that way I know I haven't missed anyone and can contact them back when I'm able instead of not knowing it happened in the first place.

Changes and Plans

So I have recently started to make some changes for my happiness. Change is not easy for me since I love my routines and how I handle things. Once I have this new routine set down I will be good to go, but until then I dislike the disruption.
However, next week is my yearly weekend getaway. I won't have to worry about work and anything else for 3 days and will spend nearly 10 hours of the day swimming. I love swimming. I will be sore like all hell after the weekend but hey it is what it is. I am going to probably have a minor sunburn but hopefully nothing too crazy. Since I have been out in the sun more and got an okay tan on the more sensitive parts of my body. No not there. 
Though one part of the getaway is that the last 2 years I've been going I've kind of had a summer fling, with someone who also takes this time of the year to go on vacation. 1st year, we flirted. 2nd year, we had some fun but did not go all the way. Maybe this year, we will go all the way. Can't wait to see him.

First Sun-burn of the Season

So, the summer season has started and despite this very nice mild rain diversion, it has been good swimming weather. So the weekend before last I decided to go swimming. Unfortunately, I ran out of my normal sunscreen and used this alternate brand a friend gave me last year. It was crap. It said water proof, but I think it barely lasted 30 minutes.
So I ended up with a sunburn on my shoulders and upper face, where I don't normally have a tan. Bought a new canister of my favorite spray on sun-block. This summer I'm going to tan nicely.

It must be just that time of my life again when my libido really isn't all that in gear. It's been a minute since the last time I had fun, but not really sweating it. Just kind of not interested right now. It could be the fact my personal and work schedule are all chaotic, so I barely have enough time and energy right to get the normal everything things done. All I know is some people are going to need to prepare because once my sex drive kicks back into gear, some people are going to walk funny for a couple of days. lol

Another Valentine's Day has come and gone. Love was in the air and the lucky ones with lovers and spouses congratulations. As someone without someone special at this time of year, it can get rather annoying to be around other people. Since as soon as you say you are alone, they go oh and platitudes start abounding... SERIOUSLY!? Come on.
I love love, but I really hate those people who act as if, since you don't have a significant other on this holiday you need to be pitied... Sometimes I love holidays and other times I hate them because of how other people treat them.

So one the little pet peeves I have with the VisionPersonals.com website is the viewed me list. I think I figured something out though which can explain some the views. I think VisionPersonals.com registers anytime your cursor moves over a profile picture even whether or not you click on the profile to inflate Viewed Me contact numbers. Honestly I wished VisionPersonals.com would just count people who actually clicked on your profile to read its contents versus anyone who may have skimmed their cursor over your profile on the way to a different one.
