honesty is not as easy as one would think at times, people tend to justify excuses not to talk openly with short comings of others real or imagined. Ignoring problems does not make them go away. Not letting your partners know things are lacking will just make them frustrated as well as opening doors for conflict . People sense things are off and out of place without knowing it is there. Creating communication pathways takes work and time.
The best thing is to take your time and stop looking for instant fix's , break things down and try to find the core of the problem before wasting time , get the others involved, negative surprises just multiply the missing pieces to the puzzles, dont play blaming games play sharing games, sooner communication lines are best if opened early
