We live in a world little lies. We tell them to ourselves and others. We buy them on TV and post them on Facebook. I think we use them because it the easier less painful option. It's the fabric we weave the meaning of our existence from. Maybe lies are to strong a word, a general dysmorphic approach we create the world from. I spend more time thinking about this stuff than I should. (and no, I don't smoke pot) My problem and point, is that I pick up on them easily. We all do it, I'm fluent in the art. We say the easier to accept and hear words so our own needs can (selfishly) be met. Is a bad thing? Is it us practicing a form of enlightened self interest. Using casual deception as defense mechanism ? I think about things way to much. I am always putting pieces of the puzzle together,, I like it, I feel my re-action or interaction when these words are applied to my own reality are off putting. My own defense mechanism used against me. We leads me further down the rabbit hole. Why do they need a defense mechanism. Then I realize it's my actions and words manipulating them , situations and their outcomes. Either that or once again kindness is taken for weakness.. Either way. my daily therapy is over. I am leaving these thoughts and ideas here. Because My head is full.

Some respond to ambiguous messages because in the real world it would be rude to answer without clarity. Sometimes it is what is is.
On the opposite of the coin, If you manufacture and manipulate responses to paint someone into a corner, That is to simply manipulate a situation to spare your self the pain of being direct, courtious , and grown up. When then you are a fucked up sociopath.
