One of the best things in life while on vacation is to be one with the nature.
And I am a nature buff enjoying in the buff.
The cool relaxing waters rushing down the stream broken by several drops making waterfalls a perennial passionate spot for kinky fun. One of my favorite secret secluded spots. Although one must beware of the testicles eating fish.
So have you skinny dipped before? Where have you skinny dipped? Did you do it alone or with someone else? Would you want to do it again? Where would you want to go to, to skinny dip?

HNW - WINDOWS

I have been thinking how this HNW works. I live in a high floor apartment. So outside looking in really is impossible unless I am the Man of Steel. In that case I do need to look for my red underwear. Or I could at least be a man in still (as in keeping still for a second before gravity takes its toll, but I since I have yet to pay my insurance premiums, I chose otherwise)
What about inside looking out? That's an idea but there are lots of prying eyes since where I live, my neighbours are just 20 meters eye distance away. Too close for comfort.
Now what happens if I drew the curtains so a little bit of light were to shine through? Perhaps that will work.
So tell me if this picture fulfills the HNW - Windows theme?

WALK THIS WAY

Walk for a healthy body Walking is one of the easiest ways to stay fit. You may have a busy life, but try and introduce physical activity in your life. A moderate dose of physical exercise for 30 minutes (if you can’t manage that much, even 15 minutes is okay to begin with) a day is enough to keep you healthy. This form of aerobic fitness can lift your mood, make you physically fit, and improve the quality of your life.
Before you start Wear the right pair of walking shoes and comfortable clothes. Also remember to carry and drink water while you walk, to hydrate yourself. Walk for 15-20 minutes for the first three days, and then gradually increase the time. You can use a pedometer to count the steps you take.
Walk your way to a healthy heart Walking can lower your cholesterol levels and decrease the risks for cardiovascular diseases. It can also strengthen your heart, muscles and lungs. A strong heart with an increased heart rate is able to carry more blood to the rest of your body. Brisk walking every day lets you burn up to 200 calories and reduces body fat.
Cuts your risk of hypertension and diabetes According to a study, regular walking improves the BMI (body mass index) and blood pressure levels in people with diabetes. Allowing muscle movement leads to more use of glucose by the muscle cells. This also involves utilization of more insulin, which improves blood sugar levels. Low blood pressure levels can also protect against kidney failure, heart attack and stroke.
Reduces risks and effects of cancer Research shows that in colon cancer, a speedy walk can give less time to the carcinogens present in the food to come in touch with the intestinal lining and reduce the risks of having cancer from the start itself. With improved blood circulation, walking brings in positive energy within the body and therefore lessens the side effects of chemotherapy.
Protect against miscarriages Despite the several body changes during pregnancy, regular walking can benefit you in many ways. It can reduce fatigue and related pains, help lose weight easily, and lower risks of gestational diabetes. Walking can also prevent spontaneous abortions by lowering down the hormonal fluctuations which cause uterine contractions.
Walk for better sexual health A regular habit of brisk walking can improve your performance in bed. Walking two miles a day boosts blood circulation which cuts down on the risk of impotency. You can be healthy and fit, and need not rely on medicines to keep your love life active.
Rejuvenate your mind and spirit Walking benefits not just your body but also your mind. Brisk walking helps ease stress and anxiety, reduces depression and imparts a positive kick-start to your day. It improves your self-esteem, charges up the mood and helps to keep you energetic, positive and happy throughout the day.
Manage extra kilos Proper exercise coupled with a nutritious diet can help to burn calories which would otherwise end up as fat. You can burn up to 100 kcal of energy by walking a mile and for every two miles you walk, three times per week, you are guaranteed to lose 0.5 kg every month. With a habit of brisk walking 45 minutes a day, a slimmer waistline will not remain a distant dream.
Improves brainpower Walking stimulates the blood flow, and provides oxygen to the brain. This leads to improved functioning of the brain and better ability to recall. Besides, a moderate dose of physical activity is also known to lower the risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease in seniors.
Add years to your life Exercising can add to longevity. Thirty minutes of daily physical activity is said to extend your life by 1.3 years. More importantly, it can keep you fit by preventing, or delaying, the onset of age-related conditions such as osteoarthritis. Walking with peers can also cheer you up and motivate you.
But ladies, if you still find brisk walking difficult and too cumbersome, cum over here to me and I will help free you of burdensome clothing so you can walk freely in truth and in spirit.
Occasional sprinting is required for running away from authorities, paparazzi and debt collectors.

It's that time of the year, I have been summoned to be the breast man for a couple. So I am going to prepare. To make an arousing speech to show I have kept abreast of current tissues. Then keep an eye on both of them. So that both of them won't be too concerned on being left alone for awhile. Or we can give them a helping hand.

Have you tasted nectar?
Many ladies in Singapore, especially ladies married to traditional Singaporean Chinese men complains that their husbands WILL not want to go down on them.
Could it be the smell? The taste? The sounds? Or Lady Luck?
It seems traditional Chinese men refuse to perform cunni-linguous because they feel that it will take their gambling luck away.
As for me, I enjoy the consistency of thick female cum. And taste good too. What aroma do you fancy? What taste is your cum, ladies..... I too believe that diet play a very warm welcome.

That's what my Physical Education teacher used to say to me. And I hated the cross country runs. Heck, I disliked sports because I often was out of breath after 5 minutes of exertion. I prefer books, math, science, photography, chess.
But no one taught me that sports could be so much fun. All the sweating. And the huffing and puffing. And with the adrenaline coursing through the veins. Can make a person delirious.
So now I am game for a game of squash. (Racquet game play against the wall) At least it is good for my eye exercises.
Ladies, do you want to join me in a game of squash in the appropriate attire?

Phew! I am back. What a vacation. I must remind myself 1) Never to watch Final Destination before a flight 2) Get off the plane when the pilot says he will try his best to fly and land at the destination airport.
Imagine being on a plane flying into the midst of a typhoon. The plane circled for 45 minutes trying to land in an airport with almost zero visibility and roller coaster turbulent winds. The thrill is much better than the roller coaster rides in Universal Studio Sentosa. And complimentary too.
We had to divert to another airport about 500 km away since the pilot was flying on fumes. They needed to refuel. But guess what? They didn't have authorization to land there. But they landed. And stayed there for 3 hrs. Food in the galley was finished before the scheduled arrival. So all on board we famished. STARVING.
But the airline had no authorization to 1) allow passengers to disembark to that international airport so that the passengers could get some food. 2) the steward had no authority to go get food from the cafeteria or fast food outlet in the airport for the passengers 3) the get the fast food employees to come to the plane to deliver food to the passengers.
REALLY??? We were all dying of starvation and thirst. In a bloody plane all because of red tape.
Anyway, most of us survived with mild gastric and after reaching our airport, rushed to the nearest food source to eat and drink after 9 hours in a 3 hour flight. And thank you Steve Jobs and Funshion for my free downloaded movies which I watched until the iPad and power bank ran out of juice.
And after that, the fun began.
Yes..... In the waters.... It is awesome. But I didn't skinny dip because of grave concerns for my mojos. Maybe it is not so safe to get back into the waters.
This is not the kind of hook up I had imagined.

It's already 47 years young and what a 47 years of excitement it has witnessed.
On this night, some will witness and experience the exhilaration of the fireworks in the Marina Bay while some more adventurous would also be making their own fireworks in full glorious view in respective hotel rooms and condo as well as offices facing the Marina Bay.
Or in the balconies, Or on the rooftops, Or having quickies in the full glass elevators Or the slow rotating ferris wheel called the Singapore Flyer. Or on the beach front.
Where have you made your own fireworks during this night of celebration? Was it memorable or more of a "ikky" ants and bugs moment?
