Article 1 - Scope and Purpose:

The slave /submissive is not to be made aware of, or a party to any of the Mistress's personal financial business.
Article 3 – Definitions:
Bi-sexual: One of the possibly assigned sexual gender orientations of the slave /submissive by authority of this contract established in Article 2 section e).
It is hereby defined that as a transvestite slave, the slave /submissive is required to perform oral sexual service to male and female genders without regard or consideration to the slave /submissive own true personal sexual orientation.
Bondage: Any means or devices that are used to restrain the slave /submissive for the propose of discipline, punishment, torture, humiliation, augmentation of confinement, sexual acts, training or service.
Chastity Device: A device that prevents or limits the slave /submissive access to the slave /submissive genitalia by confining or covering the slave /submissive genitalia. Nurse AppleDomme uses one of two types.
Light Chastity Device: A cut off section of a stocking or pantyhose or other cover used for the purpose of covering the slave /submissive penis and testicles. This device will prevent the slave /submissive from having skin to skin contact with the penis. It will allow Nurse AppleDomme sufficient access and not heavily encumber sensitivity of the slave /submissive genitalia during the application of discipline.
Heavy Chastity Device: A device that heavily controls and completely covers the slave /submissive genitals. This can be any device that is worn by the slave /submissive to prevent total access to the slave /submissive genitals and prevent unauthorized sexual stimulation and satisfaction.
Cock Collar: A leather or metal collar that fastens and is secured by a lock around the slave /submissive penis and/or testicles for the purpose of securing a leash which can be pulled to induce the slave /submissive into immediate obedience.
Confinement: A place, room, cell, container or other storage facility that is used for housing, keeping, or controlling the slave /submissive movements and limiting freedom for a duration that is arbitrarily determined by Nurse AppleDomme.
Homosexual: Defined that as a transvestite slave /submissive, the slave /submissive can be
required to perform Oral sexual service to any gender without and without regard or consideration to the slave /submissive personal sexual orientation.
Heterosexual: The sexual orientation and limitation of performing sexual acts only with persons of the opposite gender of the performer. This sexual orientation will never apply to the slave /submissive.
Mistress / Master: A man who owns, by the authority of this Contract, the herein designated slave /submissive and rules over the slave /submissive having complete control, authority, and power over the slave /submissive.
Mistress: A woman who owns by the authority of this Contract, the herein designated slave /submissive and rules over the slave /submissive having complete control, authority, and power over the slave /submissive.
Safe Word: A word chosen by the Mistress and Master that is used to inform the Mistress and Master that the slave /submissive may be experiencing permanent damage.
Slave /Submissive: In the case of this Contract, a bond servant divested of all freedom and personal rights, who is owned by and wholly subject to the orders, directives, rules, and will of the Mistress/Master who holds this Contract.
Transvestite: The selected gender and only appropriate attire of the slave /submissive. It is, in the case and authority of this Contract, a slave /submissive who is usually of a male gender, but must live, dress, and act as a female. This includes wearing all types and forms of female clothing, make-up, and use of female hygiene products at the direction of Nurse AppleDomme.
Uniform: Standard designated feminine attire required by Nurse AppleDomme for the slave /submissive to wear during disciplinary, punishment, bondage or service.
Article 4 – Hygiene and Dress Code:
a) Hygiene: The slave /submissive is assigned by virtue of Article One Section a) and Article Two Section e) of this agreement to maintain all hygiene according to this Article and Section and Sub-Sections.
1) Shaving: The slave will be required to maintain her groin, legs, underarms, and chest free of hair. The slave /submissive will maintain her other slave /submissive hairs as short as possible.
2) Finger and Toe Nails: The slave /submissive will maintain her finger and toe nails in a feminine manner and painted at all times with clear polish. The slave /submissive will only paint finger and toe nails other colors as approved or commanded by Nurse AppleDomme.
3) Hygiene Products: The slave /submissive will only use feminine soap, deodorant, and perfume selected by Nurse AppleDomme. The slave /submissive will only use these products for all hygiene.
4) Menstruation Periods: Once per month for seven (7) days, the slave /submissive will wear a panty shield for the purpose of simulating female menstruation periods. The slave /submissive will have and maintain a calendar posted in a designated place informing all of the appropriate days of the month the slave /submissive is menstruating.
5) Rest Room Privileges: The slave /submissive MUST always ask for permission to go to the rest room. The slave /submissive will always sit always when going to the rest room. The slave /submissive is NEVER allowed to stand when urinating. The slave /submissive will NEVER close the restroom door.
b) Dress Code: The slave /submissive is assigned by virtue of Article One Section a) and Article Section e) of this contract, to dress according to this Article and Section and Sub-Sections.
1) Cock Collar: The slave /submissive no longer owns a cock. It belongs to and is the sole property of Nurse AppleDomme. Therefore, the slave /submissive is to wear a locking cock collar, chastity device or other similar device at all times when she is not in the presence of Nurse AppleDomme.
Nurse AppleDomme or a designee will be the only person(s) with a key to the collar.
The slave /submissive will never remove the collar ever without Nurse AppleDomme explicit and direct permission. The slave /submissive will also wear a butt-plug as on command. Failure to comply will result in the harshest disciplines imaginable, not limited to tobacco infused turkey baster enemas.
2) Minimum Under Garment Requirements: Considering the slave /submissive may be required to go to work or into the public under the facade of being a man, the slave /submissive will always wear as a minimum panties, pantyhose and a sports bra. The slave /submissive will meet this requirement while attending work. Pantyhose will always be worn under the panties without socks. Leotards may be worn in substitute of pantyhose.
3) The slave /submissive will only wear in the home of her OWNER as a minimum, a bra and panties or go completely nude. Proper female dresses and high heels / stilettos must be worn whenever it's safe.
4) During Service: The slave /submissive will as a minimum wear her uniform, neck and cock collar with a leash. The slave /submissive will only wear other garments specifically directed, required, or allowed by Nurse AppleDomme.
The slave /submissive will be required to wear full make-up, wig, IN THE SPECIFIED COLOR TONES as required by Nurse AppleDomme.
5) During other times the slave /submissive will normally wear a standard uniform determined by the Nurse AppleDomme, a neck and locking cock collar with a leash.
6) Clothing: Nurse AppleDomme will select all clothing that will be purchased by the slave /submissive to wear. Only female clothes, under garments and shoes will be allowed for the slave /submissive to purchase and wear, except for clothing that is required and acceptable wear for outside employment.
7) The slave /submissive will only wear female swimsuits and workout outfits for the appropriate activities. The slave /submissive will wear nightgowns or her uniform or other attire when the slave /submissive is directed to sleep.
Article 5 – Sexual Service:
a) Genders: The slave /submissive by virtue of Article Two Section e) of this contract, is assigned to a bi-sexual and/or homosexual gender orientation. The slave /submissive will provide oral sexual stimulation for the purpose of pleasure, to any gender upon the direction or command of Nurse AppleDomme.
The slave /submissive will consume (lick up, eat and swallow) all male semen including her own. The slave /submissive will perform oral toileting hygiene service upon Nurse AppleDomme after intercourse, before showers and during Nurse AppleDomme menstrual periods.
The slave /submissive will be required perform oral sexual services during Nurse AppleDomme menstrual periods and all other times as commanded. The slave /submissive will perform oral services as prescribed above upon anyone the slave /submissive has been directed to provide such oral service.
b) Slave / Submissive Sexuality: The slave /submissive by virtue of Article One Section a), Article, Sections a), c) and e) and Article Three of this contract, is assigned to live as an undercover transvestite.
Performance of Sexual Stimulation for Males: The slave /submissive, for this purpose, will be sodomized by her Nurse AppleDomme or by those allowed or directed to do so by Nurse AppleDomme. The slave /submissive will perform oral sexual stimulation upon her Mistress and/or a Master to a sexual climax, tasting and then swallowing her Master semen. The slave /submissive may be allowed to service other males or females at Nurse AppleDomme discretion but the Mistress will assure that only safe sex practices are employed.
The slave /submissive is the sexual instrument of the OWNER. The slave /submissive only purpose is to provide Nurse AppleDomme the use of her body for entertainment and sexual pleasure.
c) Performance of Oral Sexual Stimulation During Menstruation Periods:
The slave /submissive may or will have the privilege and honor to perform cunnilingus upon her Mistress during menstruation periods for the purpose of providing Nurse AppleDomme sexual pleasure.
d) The Slave / Submissive Orgasm: The slave /submissive orgasms are a reward for only exemplary levels of service that can be granted or denied at the arbitrary discretion and whims of Nurse AppleDomme. The slave /submissive is not allowed to have an orgasm without the expressed permission of the generous Nurse AppleDomme. The slave /submissive orgasm is achieved only through masturbation or other
means as arbitrarily determined by the Mistress. After the slave /submissive orgasms, the slave /submissive will consume (taste and swallow) her own semen.
The slave /submissive is to never ever cum in or on Nurse AppleDomme without permission. The slave /submissive may never use her Mistress bodies for the slave /submissive's own sexual gratification unless otherwise directed.
e) Sexual Satisfaction: It is the intent to establish and enforce the slave /submissive position as an object and/or instrument of sexual pleasure and entertainment, which is to be best enjoyed without question of, or challenge against the forms of such pleasure and entertainment sought, expected and required by Nurse AppleDomme.
The Nurse AppleDomme only desire is to use the slave /submissive as a tool, or device of pleasure and entertainment in the strictest sense definable. It is hereby clearly made and to be understood by the slave /submissive, that she is to provide an instrument, slave like devotion to providing rich, fulfilling and deep sexual enjoyment, to Nurse AppleDomme which is the true intent to be gained by owning and using the slave. Therefore it is the slave /submissive goal to please Nurse AppleDomme in every possible way.
Article 6 – Safe Word:
A word chosen by the Mistress and/or Master that is used to inform the Mistress and/or Master that the slave /submissive may be experiencing permanent damage. The decision to stop such damage or continue such activities will be made only at the discretion of the Mistress and/or Master. The slave /submissive will accept and provide total trust in her Mistress to make these decisions. The slave /submissive will only uses this word when the slave /submissive cannot take any more pain or to warn the Mistress that possible permanent damage to the slave /submissive may be occurring. The slave /submissive will strive to allow her Mistress nearly unlimited use of discipline necessary to train and punish the slave /submissive.
The slave /submissive safe word is “TRIPLETS”. If the slave /submissive is unable to speak the slave /submissive will snap her fingers 3 time, stomp her foot 3 times, or blink continually.
Article 7 – Living Quarters:
The slave /submissive will have a confinement room convenient to the Mistress location of choice where the slave /submissive will be normally kept and/or confined.
The slave /submissive will be allowed to maintain only female oriented magazines in this room. This room can be a hotel suite, or other structure used for the purpose of keeping and confining the slave /submissive while entertaining Nurse AppleDomme. The slave /submissive will not be provided nor is entitled to privacy in this room. The room may have methods for slave /submissive observation by the Mistress and/or Master.
If the slave has a separate home or abode the slave /submissive will provide unencumbered access to that place for Nurse AppleDomme. The slave /submissive will be released from her duties and responsibilities as a slave /submissive when she is sick. The slave /submissive will be released from her duties and responsibilities as a slave /submissive when she is on her menstruation period.
Article 8 – Rules:
a) A separate set of rules known as Part Two (2) of this contract will be established for the slave /submissive to follow, adhere to and live by. These rules will be an extension of this agreement; and are not subject to any form of discussion or negotiation with the slave /submissive.
They are to be dictated by Nurse AppleDomme and can be arbitrarily enforced by Nurse AppleDomme. The slave /submissive will be required to write these rules, maintain and make commanded changes and recite all the rules including the changes upon command. Any discrepancies in writing what Nurse AppleDomme has dictated or reciting the rules will be dealt with harshly.
b) The Mistress can use punishment, incarceration, demerits, torture, humiliation, or any other means available or necessary to assure adherence to the established rules.
Punishment or other corrective measures will be arbitrarily, and applied by the whims and discretion of Nurse AppleDomme necessary to carry out such corrective action without any opportunity or method of appeal by the slave /submissive.
Article 9 – Offer, Consideration, Acceptance Offer:
The slave /submissive offers this contact as evidence, conditions, grounds and terms of ownership which the slave /submissive is in agreement to surrender through the slave /submissive of free will and choice, in order to become the sole and complete property of Nurse AppleDomme. Acceptance of this offer provides the level of and degree to the terms herein, the slave /submissive as the sole and complete property of Nurse AppleDomme. This offer of the slave /submissive and the terms herein are the only inducements and promises made by the slave /submissive for consideration and acceptance of ownership. By signing this contract the slave /submissive agrees that this offer meets all necessary stipulations both current and unforeseen that the slave /submissive seeks, through free will and in exchange for becoming the property of Nurse AppleDomme. The slave /submissive agrees not to request other inducements, nor any other expressed recompense other than those established in this contract and the consideration that follows.
Consideration:
The Mistress and/or Master promises to use the slave /submissive in the expressed desires, needs and terms established within this agreement, which is summarized as: Providing the slave /submissive a lifestyle of undercover transvestite slavery. This will be accompanied with the promises of, but not limited to extremely harsh discipline, humiliation, bondage, and torture as desired or deemed necessary by Nurse AppleDomme. The Mistress additionally extends to the slave /submissive the requirement to be feminized, dress and live as an undercover transvestite during the full term of her submission, slavery and servitude.
This Consideration and the terms herein are the only inducements and promises made to the slave /submissive by the Mistress. By signing this contract the Mistress agrees that the slave /submissive offer meets all necessary stipulations that the Mistress seeks in exchange for allowing the slave /submissive to become the sole and complete property of Mistress and/or Master.
Nurse AppleDomme will provide no other equitable consideration in exchange for the slave /submissive surrendering herself as the sole and complete property of Nurse AppleDomme. No monetary, nor tangible assets, nor real properties for the slave /submissive will be provided as a result of this contract by either the slave /submissive or Mistress. Nothing other than the acceptance of the slave /submissive offer, the generous consideration of the Mistress in the acceptance of this agreement and terms herein established will be understood by both parties and all others as an equitable exchange for the slave /submissive permanent status of servitude.
Acceptance:
I, the slave /submissive _____________________________, have fully read the Articles One through Seven above, understand and completely agree with the offers I have made, in exchange for the consideration so generously provided by Nurse AppleDomme and the terms as specified and established herein. I waive with sober free will, any and all future considerations of my personal rights and freedoms and humbly hand them over to Nurse AppleDomme. In exchange for my personal rights and freedoms I willingly and voluntarily submit myself into the permanent condition of an undercover transvestite slavery, and permanent servitude as outlined and established in this agreement. I agree to become a bond servant divested of all freedom and personal rights, who is owned as a possession and/or the sole and complete properly of, and wholly subject to, the desires, orders, directives, rules, and will of my Nurse AppleDomme. Regardless of my desires, I agree to wear only female clothes and live as a bond female. I promise to surrender to myself to my Mistress for surgical alterations, piercing or sexual reassignment.
I agree to adhere to the established gender orientations in this contract establishing whom I affirm that I will sexually serve only those as directed by my Mistress. I hereby agree now and for the future, to forfeit any and all reprieves, release, or relief from my obligations of this agreement to time indefinite.
I accept the terms and lifestyle I offered to my Mistress herein as my total inducement and in exchange for the considerations herein outlined.
Promise: With the signature and upon the date below, I abandon all freedoms for the sole purpose of becoming the slave /submissive and the sole property of my Mistress or whoever may be the Holder of this agreement forever. With my signature I become a controlled slave /submissive forever.
