Who let the dogs in?

So I have been on here a few years, on and off. Lately I have noticed many women flirting with me. To the untrained , a man could be like "wow" there are alot of women have gold memberships that are flirting with me. " I could get lucky here" There is no or reason to the location of these women. But for a person like myself can see through the veil I have realized that there must be some kind of program that gives a woman "gold" status if she flirts with a bunch of men... One of the women that flirts with me almost daily, I was able to write her an email. Of course there was never a response, but i continue to receive the flirts from her. I am sure this happens to many men on here. Another thing I am sure of is that there are many men are not able to see through the veil . What has happened to this site? Did they finally start to lose users and started a fake campaign to keep people interested?
Does anyone have any thought on this???
