I recently helped a couple fulfill a fantasy they had by participating in their MMF threesome. We all had a really great time, but I sensed that she had more fun than him.  I agree with you. Everyone should be included in anything...coffee, lunch, bar hopping, or more.

A solo outing could be asking for "the dreaded" DRAMA.
