AFF points....what a raquet

I have a friend that regularly sends me points tell me she'd sent 1200 points the other day. I never received any points at all. So this morning I chatted with customer service and then called. After being on the phone for over an hour, their reply was that they had no record of her sending any points. Their solution....They would file a report with technical support. I've been on here for about 10 . I've always been a paid member. Recently some things have changed and I just don't have the extra to right now. So I've been using points (which apparently are fucking impossible for men to earn anymore but women get flooded with). My time on here meant absolutely nothing. They didn't offer to credit me those points or any other form of making it right. They had no answer so they transferred the problem to another department. Fucking douchebags

 Yes, I am very confident. She sends them regularly and has for several months. And she's an actual friend not just someone I text on here.
