what gives with the site

How come IMs hardly go through, whether being a gold member or not? How come people using chrome cant view when I cam? Why did this site change to a points driven platform??? All there are is at home making it a career, CRAZY. A few back to and to open a cam and chat and make a friend was easy. I don't like having 10 or 20 points taken from me and the person doesn't get my or if they are on cam they turn it off soon after I make the click.
