Instant Messenger Sucks!!!

I am having so many issues with Instant Messenger here on VisionPersonals.com.

I made the mistake of paying for a full year of membership and wish I would have just stayed month to month. I will not renew gold membership when it expires.

What a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 If this was recently like less than a month ago why not contact customer service and tell them you made a mistake you meant a month subscription and you want them to correct that. What have you got to lose and look what you possibly stand to gain back. If you don't ask you won't know.Instant Messenger Sucks

 I know that when we broadcast and when we have a lot of people trying to message us, it gets backed up, and i wish to that VisionPersonals.com would fix this issue so that the messages would all come at once and not get backed up.

 The I.M. here is terrible, always has been. A number of years ago, I paid for the "Gold ball" and was less than impressed. I had hoped that maybe paying for the service that it would be better. Not so much. I guess its just one of those things we have to deal with if we choose to continue using this site.
