Social Ineptitude
I suppose I'm just old school, but there's certain things you're suppose to learn along the way. Like if someone takes the time to start a conversation with you [or just speaks], it is considered civilized to respond. I don't care if it's a , a or a senior citizen = Any One. Where I grew up [in the New Orleans area] failure to at least acknowledge the other person is considered not only rude, but socially unacceptable. You certainly didn't make the A-list and by most was considered to be a freaken cretin. I believe this should hold true in Any social setting. Yes, even here: in IM or the message center / it is referred to as 'chat' correct. It is social media and was intended for interaction.

Personally, I've spent quite a bit of time in 'Chat' and was very disappointed in the number of members that just would not respond. I thought that maybe it was an age thing, that the younger set wasn't schooled correctly or that social graces were not properly inculcated [a failure of society]. I started tracking -hitting on any one regardless of age or sexual preference - I am sad [& appalled] to say that it's across the spectrum, from 21 [the youngest] to 74 [the oldest I could find]. Maybe it's the milieu -they are so single minded & engrossed in getting laid - that if the person contacting them shows up as outside of their Age range [very subjective] or seems to far away [geographic snobbery] they feel it's quite alright to ignore that person. That's about it!

I expect to blog more about the ills I see exhibited here, a few more like 'See Her', more other worldly [+ out of this world] experiences and would like some encouragement to do so. Message me, comment here &/or by all means hit me on IM [slowest IM I've seen - but that's another rant]. You may rest assured I [/B]will [/I]respond. NOW can you SEE Below

 WIth IM... I typically just go to chat with people I already know. Chatting with new people... 90% of the time it's standard members who've never read my profile or even glanced at it. Some of the "hey, I'm at a hotel about a mile away... wanna fuck?" or the tricky version... lure me into a conversation, things seem to be going well... sounds intelligent, well articulated, then *bam!* "Wanna fuck?" Um... no. But the conversation is wonderful! "Sorry, I really just wanna fuck"

Because I look at profiles prior to contacting anybody I foolishly assume they do as well.

 Ah Well TY ladies. Yep checking a Pro is all good - but the site jumps U around so much & than UR lucky to find that person still there when U finally do get back. HUmmm - never really thought about the fem angle, but sure like most everywhere it's odds of 8 -1, which is great if U're th 1 / kinda ruff in the 8s! What this means is we dudes have 2 try & make contact with as many of U Fems as we can - so sorry if U get mobbed. But here like Mr. Darwin [+th song] sez: I will Survive! TY
