I rather suck on this....

Then smoking, yes guys, this is my second week update, all start it 15 days ago when I decide to slow down the smoking, I used to smoke around 5 cigarettes a day, was too much for me, well, here are the results, so far, in those 2 weeks, I have only smoke 6 cigarettes (I think). but the good news is, I have NOT have a cigarette in the last 6 days. NOT ONE......yay..........

I rather do this from the picture below, put a banana in my mouth than a cigarette, hope VisionPersonals.com won't removed the picture.

Congrats my friend!!!!! Love that pic.
Thank you thank you, I am very happy about no smoking, I honestly didn't like the smell. the urge still there in some moments, but I eat something and that usually helps, I think I will gain weight, cause I been eating more since I quit haha

Give it a try honey, it is not easy but is possible, it is still very early for me, but I know I am trying, I keep saying, the longer I hold on with out, the better I would do, so I take one day at a time and try not too think about it. and if I do, I get busy to get distracted and forget about it. hope you decide to do it, my best advise is this, Don't do it cause people is telling you, do it when you feel it that you don't wanna do it no more. that is what I did, I wait it for that moment when I couldn't stand the smell anymore. and use that as an excuse to myself to stop.

Keep up with the good work and just take it one craving at a time. Any habits are hard to break especially one that involves chemicals reacting with your body.

Thank you, and yes, the cravings are fading away each day that passes, I still have them, sometimes they get nasty, but I eat a fruit or something, and that helps me, but I am a little worry that I replacing the cigarette with food, but for now, that would do haha

I can think of a better "banana" to put in your mouth. But congrats on your progress so far.

That is great, I knew you could do it. I think the "Australian kisses" would come in handy, don't you?
