I just want the same thing I had when we first got together, lots of sex (10-15 times/ week, lunch time, lights on, variety of positions etc ... ) now it's vanilla missionary in the dark.

Interesting and I agree with most of what you say and don't entirely disagree with the rest. The 2 sayings that reflect it best for me are 'Variety is the spice of life" and 'All things in moderation'. Perhaps I want to focus on the Variety and all things more than my wife........enjoy Mike

Many cheat if not the majority due to lack of sex and for some greatly reduced sex, a few will say lack of intimacy in the bedroom, some will say lack of intimacy in the relationship, some will want to experiment with bi sex with their spouse not wanting to get involved or not understanding why and a very few will want something different, a different body, something different in the bed, or even a little or a lot kinky.

I think that monogamy is the exception and not the rule. Just how many couples remain faithful to their mate over an extremely long period of time? I think that the changes that have taken place over the course of human history in respect to the constructs of human relationships shows us that. So why do we consistently strive to deny human nature and force ourselves to accept the societal norms that clearly we struggle to keep up?
