our experience is that there is no pain in anal as long as there is lube, time and patience.....contrary to 'clinching' or bearing down, we found that works....tho it seems counter intuitive and may cause one to fear that they will defecate...but if one is clean, and the rectum empty, and they are used to the feeling, it works great. working up from smaller toys prior to full penetration helps too.
