How on EARTH does one get heard above all the noise?

 He posts a FACE picture - the eyes are the window to the soul and most of us ladies will respond to that as opposed to a plain white shirt. I am not criticizing, just stating a fact. If it isn't possible to post a face photo for reasons like a job you are protecting, then at least say in your profile that you will provide face photo upon request. We need to be sure that there is no deception, like maybe you are married and not admitting it, etc.
