They really need to fix somethings on this site

As everyone know IM sucks slow and unreliable. And why does it keep asking if I want to view multiple web cams to once when I'm not even viewing one yet??? I would up grade but I don't see anything to make me think things would be better. I would just be paying to have the same problems with IM and slow erratic web cams. I broadcast sometimes and I don't even show up on the list unless I restart my broadcast several times! Come on guys fix it!
