 Totally agree. The more upset I get, the tighter I keep my mouth shut. Of course, you have to explain this habit, or it's considered "the silent treatment" which is an even worse strategy.

 Some times its just better to walk away and think before you say something. I know its way to late to say that but I do that a lot here. Or I just don't say anything at all.
