I don't understand "many have their blogs locked up". There are very few who are locked up. There are too many unlocked to get work up over the locked ones.

Cum to my blog and respond. Have a great kissing fun time.

It takes time to build a blog following. Check out some of the more popular blogs and see what they are doing. Also, check out the new blogs. The best way to build a following is to try to blog every day. Yes, it sounds like a lot of work and it can be, but, it can also pay off. Many bloggers post little things that were on their mind during the day. Some story they heard on the news, or something they saw during the day. You don't have to be a writer to be a blogger. Many bloggers have posts which ask for people to check in or say "hi". Take advantage of those and comment on posts which pique your curiosity. What you are trying to do is increase your visibility. It's a way to communicate who you are and what you think about without the "pressure" of your profile. Just let your followers know about you. Have fun with it.

Few bloggers are writers - it’s an easy tell but doesn't stop them from rambling on or trying their hand at erotic writing. Nor should it stop them unless like most, they get bent out of shape with the smallest of criticism.

How do you "get to know" your fellow bloggers < it’s a great question and few really understand how to navigate through the maze or have enough wisdom on how to use these writing as insight to the person... Worst, most bloggers haven't a clue as to what these writings say about the authors whether its non-fiction of fictional attempts. Then again, few critics have the skills and usually attempt to placate the author for brownie points.

If you can’t see a blog because its blocked, just move on. No sense in allowing yourself to contemplate why - there's a lot of fish in this pond so don't waste your time on just the few words visible from a profile. Profiles rarely tell enough and any attempt to say more than a few succinct points is to risk saying too much and not enough all at the same time.

Your own blog is not necessary to test the waters and find out about people. Just click the blue linked text next to "post" under their photo. This leads users to a complete list of post by that user.

If you would like to make it easier for people to reach out to you on any subject, create an open blog and invite users to make a comment. You can keep this post private (posted only upon your preapproval) or make it public (posted immediately.

I do recommend sorting your blogs by 'Last Entry' so the latest comments appear at the top directly under your subject matter. Too many don't pay attention to this forcing readers to scroll through endless pages to see the latest entries.

Also, pay attention to whether user comments are directed to the subject matter. Many comments go off on a tangent as much as the subject matter doesn't match the blog titles.

Finally, if you want to respond to a particular user or comment, use the "Quote: link under the users photo. These can be followed by clicking on the 'Where I'm Quoted' link at the top portion of each users main blog page.

Have fun with it...
