are you a "good morning" person?
are you a "good morning" person? In short, no i'm not. My sleep pattern can be messed up, i am a light sleeper and the quietest of noises can wake me, at times i could sleep the clock around, but usually i can survive on little sleep. This morning.. i found myself awake around 4.30 am, was reading few blogs and found this: "When you awaken in the morning, before you get out of bed, think about your day ahead and visualize positive outcomes and experiences." Obviously i am not the most positive of persons on the planet.. usually it is "i don't want to get up, i don't want to go to work, i want to stay in bed!" It can take me quite a while to "properly waken up" by this i mean, become at least half normal and have the ability to hold a small conversation. I don't drink coffee, rarely drink tea, don't smoke.. these would be all considered something to help wake someone up or set someone up for the day? For me, it is probably a bit of a walk with the dog, i enjoy the quiet time and i guess that silence allows my brain to wake up and start slowly functioning before work. So tell me, how do you wake up? Are you a positive upbeat loving each morning kinda person? Or a bit more grouchy like me? Have a great day |
