A fantasy come true She did it on a whim. Created a profile in the hopes of maybe meeting a couple people and quite possibly making a connection. She chose the net due to her odd work hrs and not being into the bar scene. She chose VisionPersonals.com because she thought they were a little more accepting. Also had hopes they were more real. HA! She posted a semi provocative photo. One that would show a lil but not too much. Cant give it all away right away. She started out browsing the profiles of men close to her. Saw a few that had nice profiles and attractive photos. She hot-listed quite a few. Still has some old school in her and enjoys the pursuit so wanted to see if he would make the first contact(even tho it shows when ya get hot-listed). Some did make contact. She chatted with a few. Due to the work demands she couldn't just run out and meet but there is always that sense of security as well. One can never be too careful so she liked to exchange names and see if they were both searching for the same things. Makes it easier to meet and don't feel as if time has been wasted. Her schedule finally eases up and she has free time!! shes thinking to herself "this is great! I can finally start meeting these people I feel i have established a connection with I mean after all we have chatted numerous times over the past week or 2 or maybe even a few longer." Shes antsy and maybe even a bit wet with the anticipation of finally meeting the people(men and women and couples alike) behind the fabulous conversations. She lets them know she has free time and ask when is good for them. She lays out her free time and work schedule and anxiously awaits a reply.. and waits and waits. She thinks to herself maybe that message got lost but shes nervous to send another as she doesn't want to seem pushy. She gives it a few more days and a free weekend slips away  oh well perhaps next weekend will be better so she sends a hey how are ya note to a few who really struck her fancy and who seemed to be into her as well.. that one must a got lost too. Oh well shes thinking we talk all the time maybe the cell will ding. Nope. With a shrug and a "wonder what i did wrong" thought she moves on. Still waiting for that fantasy to come true............... |

Wow felt every word. If I was to do that much chatting. I surely would make every effort to make it happen. As you my work schedule changes all the time. I would at least let you know that I couldn't meet because of timing. Good luck in your search. About the time you think there is no one out there. Boom, someone comes along.

Sorry to hear you've had "that" sort of disappointing response/results in your attempt to meet someone. Reading your blog posts it certainly sounds like you're a likeable lady. From a guy's perspective: it seems over the past year or so I get very similar results as you did, altho with the addition that too often any more once I get past some general communication and we actually take it to a telephone chat - boom - she's an escort. Given a chance to chat online with a woman like yourself, finding a mutual attraction and interest, and having the opportunity to actually meet? Hell ya, how could a guy go silent or whimp out? Totally don't get that.
