Penis enlargement continued


Well folks, a little over two months ago, I started on a program I thought would help enlarge my penis. After only a very short time, like one week or so, I stopped the exercises I outlined because in that short time, I increased the bloodflow into my member pretty well, leading to longer lasting, stronger erections. These seemed to be what my partner had been craving, so I quit trying to make myself larger and just gave up on the exercises. Recently in talking with my main lady friend, she expressed an interest in me gaining some size, not so much in length, but in girth, so I revisited my notes and came up with a regiment that I felt would achieve her desires, and I am going to outline it here for any who are interested.
Let me begin by saying, I don't have a small penis, its just not large either. I have a totally normal sized tool, having an erect length and girth of 6" and 4.5" respectively, or at least, that was the size when I started this new regiment two weeks ago. In two weeks I have gained some small measure of success, and can see that it will continue to work, so wanted to outline it all here. My new measurements are 6.5" and 4.75" respectively after two weeks. This gain seems fairly large in such a short time, and I probably had the potential for that before but couldn't get enough bloodflow going to achieve it. I expect that I will see more girth gains as I go forward than I will see in length, though that will come in time.
First let me say, this takes a huge amount of commitment on the part of the person doing it, so if you aren't ready for a lot of work, don't even start. If like me, you would like to be a bit bigger than normal, then be ready to do these items 5 days a week for 30 to 45 mins a day. don't do more than that though, as you will just hurt your penis and slow your gains down to nothing.
The first item is the jelq, which you do by gaining a 60 to 75% erect penis (do not do this when fully erect) , then form the OK sign with one hand, and being sure to use lubrication, clamp the ok sign about the base of your penis and slowly over 3 to 5 seconds move the grip up the shaft, stopping just before the head. when one hand is half way up, grip the base with the other hand in the same ok gesture, this keeps the blood from escaping the penis. when your first hand reaches the tope of the shaft just below the head, release it and start moving the other hand up. repeat this for 10 to 15 mins a day 5 days a week. it forces more blood into the spongy tissues of the penis, stretching them and causing minor damage. This is how you gain size, the tissues repair the minor damage, increasing the amount of blood they can hold.
This helps for both length and girth, though mostly girth is gained without additional work which is outlined next.
The length of the penis is also determined my how long the support ligaments are. once they reach their maximum potential, you will not get any longer without making the ligaments longer. To do this, you simply have to perform stretches that will make the ligaments tear in minor ways and repair themselves by adding new tissue, just like muscle growth. Grip the penis firmly about an inch below the head, and pull until you feel a good stretch, you should not feel pain, if you do, ease off. First pull to the right and hold the stretch for 30 seconds, then go left, then up towards your belly button, then down towards your feet, and finally straight out from your body. Hold each one for 30 seconds, then rest for 10 before doing the next. Do 4 or 5 sets of these each day for 5 days a week for one week, then go to a full minute after that. I also recommend warming up first and after by wrapping the penis in a hot towel for a couple of minutes. slowly the ligaments will stretch and grow, just like a dancer or cheer leader who works up to a split, it just takes time and effort.
Finally, do Kaegles to improve your PC muscle, to find this muscle, try stopping yourself when urinating. The muscle that does this is your PC muscle, and it helps maintain a strong erection, as well as control over your ejaculations. once you find the right muscle, simply contract it, hold for 5 seconds, then let go. you should do 3 sets of 40 to 50 of these each day, but they can be done at any time, sitting or standing, and nobody will know you are doing them.
