 Best to google it...gotta love google...and find out the pros and cons from reputable sources....suffice to say the thought of poking holes in my dick makes me squeamish...risk of infection, permanence...all that should be taken into account...if you are not an affection ado of body modification, whats the point? Heard very little word that it makes pleasure better for either partner, unlike say nipple piercings...for a female partner a knubby cock ring or 'french tickler' would be more pleasurable and not permanent.

What ever you do, give it some serious thought and go to a reputable place that specializes in this type of body modification.

 I knew a guy who got his penis pierced and it turned him into a human sprinkler. when he peed it could make quite the mess.
