My Top 5 Deal Breakers When Dating

Yes these rules are full of generalities and aren't suited for all. Your rules may be based on demographics. Perhaps health habits or beauty. But at the end of the day, my rules keep drama out of my life.

All though, come to think of it, I haven't had many dates lately. Hmmmm...

#1 Don't shit where you eat. I've even been in position of being THE boss and trust me when I say it's just not a good idea. Especially after a bad breakup.

#2 Stay out of the hood. If you are a home owner, this rule is for you most importantly. DON'T DATE YOUR NEIGHBORS.

#3 Half your age, plus seven. Take half your age and then add seven. Now, don't date anyone younger than this. This rule doesn't apply to all and begins to fail by age 50. So use this with your own judgement.

#4 Don't date mom's at the schools. If you have and they share a school and are friends, what if it goes bad between you and the mom (or dad depending on your case)? Now you'll be enjoying awkward moments by the monkey bars at the park.

#5 Bed, Car and a J.O.B. You must have your own place, a car and a job. If not, you have more things to worry about than me. Again, it's about not wanting drama in my life.

Interesting

So I should lower my age range to 31yo?? Men at that age are just crazy, also looking for 20ish

It is just sex, no need for it to be complicated later. Most of those rules don't apply if you aren't a drama queen.

I would agree, though I don't need to worry about the school issue. Always pick a sexual partner who you can entirely cut ties with where it won't impact your life. Relationships can be different, but if it is just about pleasure, ne'er the twain shall meet is the best approach. The person being independent means it is about pleasure and not a financial drain.
