Consistency....
like when out jogging...it's NOT the Speed,


but the MILES covered, your planned route for the day for one...how many laps round that lake..

not GIVING UP and continue on MOVING to your desired GOAL, TRYING your BEST to complete your laps that's what counts

even if you countered BOo BOOs along the way like I did.. I was minding my own business, Happily jogging according to my own pace and then there was this one car full of jokers had the time to yell at me - Goodness, How Embarrassing..

'Lori Balak pun lagi laju laaa..' ( even a lorry carrying logs are faster than you )and they disappeared down the road

I was not angry or even pissed off but I thought it was kind of FUNNY, that's one thing about me, I don't let things to get to me... HAHA! more FUN things to think about while jogging hehe

 I always do a double take when I see women jogging or even walking there dog

 But it is well known how badly behaved even the nicest people in Malaysia become when they are behind the wheel of a car.

And besides I am sure you have to be so much more careful going over the speed bumps. Love to see that.

 Its always better to just take your time never get in a hurry One could hurt them selves when things get to bouncing Not mention you might miss something along the way
