OLD FOLKS who are nasty and mean and sick

who only care about themselves and want to live forever and disrespect all others because they see they have a SPECIAL PRIVLAGE to yell and just say really horrible things about others because they are OLD,( who later say something nice about you but act like they said nothing bad about you earlier) specially those taking care of them who give up their health and most of their personal time to make them as comfortable as possible.Have a suggestion what to do with them.Germany in the 1930,s had a great way of dealing with old folks like that.Instead this fucking country puts all that crap and burden on poor suffering INNOCENT KIND HEARTED while the medical system does nothing to help only happy to collect thousand s of dollars of uneccesary operations and medications that only agitate these older people.The money spent on my father would be in the millions, medically speaking, money badly spent.
