 I adopted two kitties from a no-kill shelter. They are neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped even though they are totally in-door cats. Al my cats all my life have been properly taken care of even the strays I took in. If someone had a beloved pet they couldnt afford to neuter I would step up and help

 I have a cat and wouldnt have any that are not fixed..I was a Law Enforcemant Officer for ten years and over half of my time i promoted spays and neuters even took cats to a vet who i was set up with to do spays and neuters who also gave me a deal because of my work...this was all mostly volunteer work...we literally did hundreds of spays and neuters at minimum cost to the owners....I did my part hope others do as well...
