I was inspired by a post I read yesterday by dayzeeme entitled Never enough Bacon. By the power that I have assumed, I here by suspend all of the bad stuff contained in bacon for today. I mean pork bacon, not that "wannabe" turkey stuff. Today, this is a quilt free zone, you can do, or admit anything bacon related! Do you like bacon? The flavor, the smell, the taste? And one very critical question ,,, soft or hard (the bacon of course)? Do you have a favorite "style" of bacon? In my extensive research, I have noticed that many countries have their own "style / cut of bacon. So lets celebrate bacon!!! One of life's guilty pleasures

 Mmmmm....bacon!!! It's so good, at any time during the day or night. I don't make it often, because when I do , I cook the whole package, and I'm here alone!

 bacon helps me to boost my cholesterol levels when they drop perilously low. I love it fried. I love double smoked bacon that you eat without frying. paprika bacon double smoked is excellent. all with coffee,of course! (you thought you would escape that???)

It is imperative to maintain those balances. I have never tried that double smoked bacon, I will see if we have it anywhere around here. I would have suspected a bogus post without a coffee mention [image]

 Pal, I just love bacon and here is one of the dishes I make with bacon, hickory smoked bacon wrapped chicken breasts, with sweet and spicy bbque sauce..
