RAK = Random Act of Kindness. I am pleasantly surprised, I have seen more and more young people doing RAKs. Carrying groceries, offering to do yard work without compensation. The ones that are volunteering in the local Senior Center and Hospital are very special. They read books, walk with them, just sit and chat they make such a difference. That is probably one of the most important life skills these can learn. Do you RAK? If you do, why do you ? Have you seen any RAKs? I am a believer that this activity can make a big difference in a community .

 I try to be randomly kind. Generally I think young people are much better than they're portayed in the media. Some adult behaviour is often the worst and most unkind.

 I been seeing more and more kids doing this kind of stuff which does surprise me.. I am always trying to help out when I can. It was just yesterday opening a door for an old lady who was in need of help. I will be there one day myself but not yet. The fellow I was working with this morning said his hammer he was using was purchased 1954 so I didn't feel so old today! Sorry I couldn't get on yesterday the site was shut down hugsssssssss V
