+++ Padrinos day with the guys  They are good boys , brought up well. But, I do tend to spoil and indulge them abit. So , for a little bit today and most of next week, we will be watching cartoons, video games . eating snacks and doing "guy" stuff . Their Mom knows and just scowls and leaves us alone. Then of course the regular chores and reading time. Frankly I enjoy my time with the guys immensely, it is time that I did not always have with my because of my career and regret that. Do you have a chance to hang out with ? You that are parents with at home, my appreciation for you. Aaah yes, grand , you that have them are so lucky. are such a light in our lives      |

Over the years, I've spent a lot of time with my girlfriend's kids - taking them to football and ice hockey games, taking them to London, holidaying in Africa, going out for meals, shopping and just doing silly things! As you rightly say, it's great hanging out with kids; they bring a different perspective to things.

I very rarely get to spend any time around children. I have no known nephews or neices but one of my neighbours has a little one who seems to like me in the rare event that we see eachother... There's a lot of mutual respect, even though his parents aren't fans of mine. They're small-minded but he isn't. Kids can be so cool!

. My daughter and son say the same things about me . We did even better!!! McDonalds and greasy, fatty sandwich's and hash brown!!! They only will drink, water, apple or orange juice and milk, so no sugary drinks for them. The little guy does slip and call me Dad about once a day, so I guess he is comfy with my Padrino duties. I like the stick on tattoo thing maybe next week

Oooo! When I was still just a god-mum I had such fun with my nieces and nephews ... the innocence ... the pure hearts. A wonderful time is surely going to be had, Pal !
