Well done Pal.. Excellent.. Keep up the good work.. Did you know that most fall off their resolutions after the first week.. I am doing excellent since I didn't make any resolutions this year.. I am staying at the gym. Just renewed my membership for 2 years.. So there you go.. A 'delightful derailment', dear pal... My resolutions were more sex than last year and losing some meat around my middle. Fairly easy to keep on track with unless others stop wanting sex with me.
