The New IM (That does not work)

I would love to know if others are having the same problems with the new IM that has been introduced?I have just sent yet a nother complaint as follows.When are you going to sort out the Bug #CD-19140 or better still revert back to the old IM which was far better in many ways and did not freeze every momentas this one does so that you cannot hold a conversation and you cannot broadcast or recieve please sort it out as it has been going on for a month now and I am loosing contact with my friends.
I would love to have this item sorted out as I do know of many that are saying the system is freezing all the time please respond. I have sent other complaints about the new system would you agree with them? the letter sent was as follows. orry your bug CD-19041 still has not been solved and quite frankly I do not understand why you continue with such a floored format do you ever consider your members and what they are telling you? The only advantage on this new IM is that your original message is not so limited apart from that there is nothing that is better than you had in your old format you had a statement of intent from your members so one did not have to enter profile, when you broadcast you had multiple choices such as private or public parameters of who you wanted to view you, a list of who was viewing an the option of contacting them, at the moment one still can not view other members cams, and because of all these inconsistency one does not know if anything is working or if people are receiving your messages as they lie on your screen in defiantly where as on the old system you new I your advances where not received, the whole IM as it is at the moment is freezing every moment
so that you can not do anything more of the time than not. I do strongly suggest that you scrap this idea and revert back with the old IM possibly changing the initial message facility to make it possible to send a longer message. I am sorry to continue complaining but unless you sort this problem out I will not be remaining as a member I will find another site.
I also posted thisould you please explain to me after saying that you had solved all the problems with IM that when I tryed to open tonight I recieved these messages repeatedly for ten min. after which I became that frustrated I gave up :-

Connecting to server...This may take several seconds.Please be patient.Still attempting to contact the server.Waiting for authorization from server.This is taking longer than expected.Authorization attempt restarting

It is not good enough please go back to old system that worked.

Sorry to ramble on but I am very frustrated in more ways than one and I would love to hear from you all if you are having problems. THANKS
