Batting A Hundred
I seem to be batting 100 with my choice of movies this year (fingers crossed) especially in Foreign Films.

I watch movies the same as I read my books or my comics, strictly escapism. So, when I go to the movies I’m looking for excitement, adventure, and laughs; a little romance is not a bad addition.

So far I’ve seen Star Trek: Into The Darkness (which absolutely blew me away), Thor: The Dark World (just to show you that I mix it up some), The Wolverine; The Hunger Games: Catching Fire; Fast Six; Captain America: The Winter Soldier; The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey; and The Raid 2.

Of course, I also saw The Lone Ranger; Elysium; and 2 Guns, which weren’t up to the same standard as the previously named ones; so I guess 100 is a bit of an overstatement.

Still, it’s better than I did last year.

 Some of the foreign films are always difficult to choose just the right now to watch. I have watch all the movies you have on your list as well. Just watched 2 Guns tonight. You got that right! hugs V

Oh, my goodness. You're so right.

I agonize over my choices because there's no way really to tell if it's going to fit into your tastes and likes; and the reviews really aren't much help in these cases.

i go by gut-instincts and pray I'm not wrong. That's crucial for me because once I start watching, no matter how much fun I'm not having, I still have to watch to the end.

It's like punishment for making the wrong choice, .
