Respect I have been on this site since around 2004 and it still absolutely blows my mind how far some people will go to be rude. Why on earth is it so difficult to be respectful of others...? If you don't like what you're looking at move on. Why would someone feel the need to go out of their way to comment or email person just to tell them. I received a photo comment from someone who didn't agree with my description of myself and so felt the need to comment and correct me and give me his own definition of what he thought of my appearance. Why? Does it make them feel better? I sure hope so. I don't ask anyone here to look at my profile or to like it. Yes I am a bigger woman and yes I at one point in my life twice the size I am now. I have rolls and loose skin in places from the weight loss. Not something everyone needs to know or see. is for myself and only those I choose to meet with. I just don't understand.... |

I know this is obvious, but people are jerks. Now you said you were once twice as big at one point, just wanted to say congratulations, I know it's hard lose, but I hope you're doing it for yourself and not to please someone else, if they won't accept you as you are, they don't deserve you

A photo comment means it was where everyone can read what he said on your homepage.If that's the case he really did more to hurt himself.A lot of people feel the need to get back at assholes like him. Had you just thanked him, you leave him with nothing to say! Using more than all the road!

Hey Darlin, ........Most people are So miserable in their own lives that they absolutely loathe anyone who has a decent life and is enjoying it,.......They spend there miserable existence try to ruining everybody else’s. Sinfully Yours, backpocket13 Post Script, Pay them No Mind and eventually the disappear, I’m dealing with a “Hater” of my own currently too!

Well many reasons why. Some can not take rejection, so they lash out. Some are just idiots. I got a message from a 20 something telling me that all of us old people should be some where else. It does sound like you encourage this but some on here are led on just suddenly to get dropped, so they go after that person. You are who you are, you are truthful about it. You are not using pictures from 20 years ago and passing them off as today. We age and we change. Its life. There are some that just will let themselves go and others like yourself that are trying to do something it. I think its great. I started a few years back, still need to lose a few more lbs. but I am working on it. Be proud of how far you have come! If you ever would like to meet for coffee, I get to Wilmington often.

Let's face it some people can only make themselves feel good about themselves by cutting others down..It's a serious character flaw.
