They are certainly a pretty color and a pretty little girl holding them I must say . Who needs them ? you ask . I had a woman who never wore them and she wore jeans night and day she fancied herself as a tomboy type and she asked why she had bumps on her butt . I told her to start wearing underwear and in a short time the bumps went away . Smooth butt is what I called her after that . Not saying you have a butt with bumps only that those sexy little panties you have I don't think it would help you much anyway if you are worried about getting bumps .
