Seeking third

I have a friend and we have played for sometime and she has a fantasy about her me and another woman. However She left the finding of said third up to me, UGH you have any idea how hard it is to find the elusive white unicorn. Hard enough to find a third with all parties hunting let alone leaving it up to one and then you add in the fact that women are incredibly picky. Why do the ladies do this to their playmates makes me wanna wanna pull out any hair I had left. What would you ladies suggest do or answer why you do this? Don't think I'll hold my breath on this one.
