It's all fun and games until.. Startling and honestly terrifying news from this weekend that has me contemplating my lifestyle. A friend I knew for years and I knew was unhappy in her marriage, I introduced her to this life over a year ago. Since then she's been good about safety and discretion. However at a Christmas party we both went to, she hooked up with a fella, and apparently she was not firm with him on protection. She calls my hysterical a few weeks ago that she's pregnant, and when she went to talk to the asshole about it, he broke her jaw. Better yet, then dung pile found her husband's work address and mailed him a whole packet of incriminating stuff. She comes home, finds her husband is suing her, seeking full custody while freezing all custodial assets. I put her in touch with my bulldog lawyer, but God help her    |

Wow... That's a sad series of coincidences that worked together to the worst result... But also a reminder that this lifestyle can be fully enjoyed, yes, but only as long as one keeps being careful and avoiding slips. So sad that this has to be a so painful lesson to be reminded.

Sorry to hear about your friend. That idiot guy from the party needs to get thrown in jail for assult and then pay for the child. I can understand the husband being upset about this. The shock of getting a package like that at work. I have on my new group and old group asked what if questions like this. Most often I get, well that would never happen to me. Well things like this do happen. So one must see this as more than just fun. I hope everything works out for your friend. She was not getting what she needed at home. Now I hope maybe she can find a new guy that will love her.
