Places And Times I Miss Most
I lived in South Florida for most of the 21 or so years I was single between divorcing my first wife and marrying Eve…and I spent a fair amount of time in the strip clubs down there, most notably the ones in Palm Beach County where the rules are less stringent on dancer/customer contact. Several of the clubs I frequented most often were in Pompano Beach as I had several friends who danced in those clubs.
I always enjoyed sitting back and watching the some of the customers almost as much as the dancers. Generally it was younger guys…maybe coming in for the first time. They’d sit and drink and watch the dancers until finally one of the more aggressive girls would sell them on a private dance in the friction or champagne rooms. Often they’d be back there for only one or two dances…they’d come out in a hurry and head straight to the door outside. Often the girls would come out behind them giggling. One guy I remember seeing go into the friction room at my favorite club with a dancer that I knew did a very, very satisfying lap dance. I’ll bet it wasn’t 2 minutes and that guy practically ran out of the club…he left so fast that it was noticeable to almost everyone looking in that general direction. The girl came out shortly…laughing and shrugging her shoulders at a couple of the other dancers who gave her questioning looks. I remember one club I was in down in Fort Lauderdale on A1A. I walked in the bathroom and saw a guy standing by the hand drier using it to try and dry the front of his pants…how I managed to pee, wash my hands and leave without laughing I’ll never know.
I really miss those clubs…for lots of reasons. Eve and I have hit the three clubs in Wisconsin Rapids but they really weren't worth the bother.
South Florida…and Key West had great clubs. Most any big city had a few that were good…Dallas and Houston, Los Angles…even Louisville, Kentucky of all places had several fun ones but small town Wisconsin just can't compete.

If I Had Known I'd Live This Long I'd Have Taken Better Care Of Myself..!!
