It is because I travel, part 1 Good morning, I hope this finds you with that secret smile on your face. I don't have one, simply for the reason I need to make some changes. My hip surgery was a complete sucess, and although I had entertained visions of not returning to work, I had to. I went back to work with one of my previous companies, and yes it involves the same kind or work, and travel. Except, I am not going to be a boss. Yay. With that being said, I started changing my location here and on the vanilla site. Things went totally crazy when I did. There were so many responses, I couldn't handle them. I was spending hours navigating messages from men. Only to be dissappointed in the end. I seemed to find the same when I changed locations again, only with a new city of men. Again, the end results were the same, just a different city. I am home this week, and things have got back to normal. Here are a couple things I did discover from this experience from talking with some of you. This is not all, but I shall say a majority, because I did ask some of you when I spoke to you on the phone. From my perspective no matter what site, because I am a traveler, many of you thought it was just about quick sex, even though what i was looking for up front was discussed and posted. I realize many of you look at pictures and do not read profiles. What disappointed me the most was, even though I do travel, I am looking for that long term relationship. I do however know we start somewhere. I am willing to settle for friends with benefits until someone that clicks with me is looking for the same thing. I do know that everyone uses the on line sites for different situations from pen pals, picture exchange, skyping, sexting, phone sex, one night stands, friends with benefits, short term, long term, temporary, kinks, or actually marriage, plus whatever I didn't mention. All of those reasons are valid, as long as the 2 people involved are on the same page. I believe even though I travel if the man is actually serious, a relationship will work. When I am involved with that person, I will most certainly do what it takes to have a relationship, including changing jobs. What I found however from the majority of the men that contact me, is that they want a fuck and run. I don't know how many times I need to say, I do not use on line for just sex. I actually can make a phone call for that. And even then, I keep it regular, unless I let my self get needy and my fb is not available, I can always find a stray. But I can do that in person not on line. I did meet many potential men that were my physical type, but when it came down to it, they were wanting the hook up only. Since this is getting longer then I prefer, I will continue it in my next blog. I hope you had a wonderful Easter, and I hope you are enjoying your day.
