To whom it may concern............

Let me get this straight, you create rules, but don't follow them.

"Lube yourself up with some sunscreen, and strike your best pose in your favorite swimwear – be it a teeny-weeny bikini, a sassy retro one-piece, or your loudest Hawaiian swim-trunks. The contest is open to all members and all levels!

Be sexy, be creative, be funny – just make sure you have some element of swimwear on your body in order to qualify."

In case you're not understanding your rules, let me explain them for you. See where it says "just make sure you have some element of swimwear on your body in order to qualify."? What that actually means is exactly what it says. NO SWIMWEAR = NO QUALIFY It's pretty self explanatory don't ya think? So for sake of argument, let's say you do understand that particular rule and what it actually means. If that were the case, you'd then have to ask yourself how you allowed the pic titled "Between a rock and a hard place " as well as one titled "Bikini-less weather " if those two are not enough, toss in "tanning" as well as "Getting Wet". Are you as confused with your method of upholding to the rules that you set forth as I am?

Okay, so perhaps you don't care about the rules, that's cool... you do make them up yourselves so I guess you can alter them or completely dump them all together, you are the bosses after all. No argument on the rules then... they're yours to use as and when you see fit... that's understandable. But that just leads me to another puzzling matter... how exactly can you have a photo entered in by a member that does not exist? Once again I'm baffled... "Jungle Girl Two" "Relaxing in the Sun" (This profile is no longer available) Wait! Crazy as this sounds... here's another "Ready to dive in!" (This profile is no longer available). What exactly is going on?

"After the entry period closes, our Community team will select the top 32 Finalists based on sex appeal, creativity, and popularity with our members (so those Likes and comments count!). Voting will be opened one day after the entry period closes, and users will vote for a winner from our top 32 finalists. Only one vote per member. The entry with the most votes, wins!"

Here's the real issue I'm having... there are no less than nine people that were added as finalists who have many less "Likes" than my entry does. I have aprox. 5 times the amount of comments as they do. You basically shafted the TG community. What you basically said was my pic had No creativity... was it the lack of sex appeal? (read the comments), if not either of those two elements, it must have been the lack of popularity... that couldn't be it... I mean I had 384 likes within a 36 hr. period, as well as 112 comments, which is a higher comment total than 29 out of your 32 finalists! For the record since we're talking popularity... I'll let you in on a lil' secret, my profile EmilyPostal has more Fans than any other profile on this entire site 118... check it and see. I work hard on this site and I play by the rules, explain why you added guys in above me... is it because you considered me a female and you had the allotted amount of females? If that were the case, why would I be in a category labeled with a "T" and be stuck with a hideous half man half woman shadow figure? Did I SAY I was female? No I didn't... so if you were done with genetic females and decided it was time to skip by me and put guys in... what exactly were you considering me? I'm Transgender I'm not a genetic female nor am I any longer a man as I recently had surgery to remove my testicles... why did you overlook me?

The mere fact that I was on the first page of the hottest contestants as well as only one behind the last legitimate finalist should have put me in before you passed me over for hand picked finalists. I'm extremely insulted by all of this. If you needed to add the men as a lesser gender in order to be fare... then my lesser gender should have also been added. I'm a transgender... did you bother to ask if I considered myself a male or female? If I considered myself male.. would I be in as a finalist? Put me in the contest... I'll go in late... it's the principal of it all, you overlooked me. Please consider removing one of the non-existing finalists from above and putting my pic in there place. It's only right. I'm not even going to go on about the non swim wear issue... just put me in as a rightful finalist who deserves to be there, 384 people agree... if you need more than that, I'm more than sure I can provide triple that number. I'm not looking for an apology by the way, just give those who took the time to help get me in there as a finalist, the satisfaction of seeing me were I rightfully should be. Check my comments, as well as numbers, then tell me my pic doesn't deserve to be there. Once again if you need to consider me a male in order to put me in, so be it... I'm told I am on a daily basis by the wonderful members of this site anyway.
