Ok, something new to try.

For some reason (which I can't figure out, but makes me happy), women will respond when there is a possibility of two guys going down on her. I found a guy this past week (salesmen) that is willing to work with me to find women that want multiple guys. I have tried a couple of women and always get a response.... My odds have not been that good on random emails to women, but I always get a response with two guys for 1 women.
