Dutchess County People

I stopped at a small park on Route 9 and the Wappinger Creek. I sat on the bench there for a while talking to a friend. While we were there, a steady stream of cars came into the parking lot. The guys that got out of their cars walked down the path toward the creek.

I found this very odd for the following reasons:
- There were only men.
- Most of the guys arrived alone.
- Some of these guys were too well dressed for a hike down a weedy path.
- They were down the path usually a very short time.

So, what do we think? I may have drove my friend crazy with how I questioned the number of visitors to this tiny park. I thought that it was possibly a meeting spot for guys seeking sexual relief. Which is why I bring it up here. My second thought was it may have been a locale for drug transactions.

Anyone know, or want to hazard a guess?

 I suspected drug deals before you mentioned it as a possibility.
Sex seems unlikely.
Pokémon Go was a funny answer, but its not the likely answer.

 It is 100 percent a gay hookup site. Drug deals are done on the fly, and small parks are notorious for cruising.
