WHERE ARE YOU??????
WHERE ARE YOU?????? What has happened to Southern New York and the Hudson Valley? I logged on this morning and listed for recent blogs were mine and two others that haven't been touched in months. And that was it! Personally, the way I feel about the blogging here is it's a great way to get to know someone during the long periods of time in which you don't have time to actually meet in person. That way, when you do have the time for a meet, you have someone you know, like, and want to be with. Rather than the day arriving when you have time to meet and you have to start from scratch to find a person to meet. SO, now that the snow is melting.... Find someone to be friends with, BLOG!!! Somebody waits to make your aquanitance. "Don't count the days, make the days count" |

Your sentiments about blogging are on the money. It's a great way to meet people, share thoughts, and open yourself up to other possibilities and thoughts. But there are also times when you tire and life's BS can get in the way. In My blog at "another" place, i posted almost every day. And it was a pleasure. But I also found Myself too reflective on the negatives online and with people in general. So I put a temporary "cap" on it. But am almost ready to leap back in with the changing of the seasons and the attitude And am looking forward to reading more of what you care to share

But am almost ready to leap back in with the changing of the seasons and the attitude And am looking forward to reading more of what you care to share I used to blog elsewhere, and like you took a little break from it. I went back, only to find that I no longer fit in there. For that reason, I try not to take too long between posts here. The pitfall for me seems to be that results in sometimes posting raw emotion that is now set in print. However, the emotion fades, or changes quickly, to the point that sometimes I don't even remember having felt that way. This particular thread I started when I noticed that literally everyone else had disappeared off my local blog area list. All in a matter of days. Kind of strange.
