He has told me his fantasy is to have sex with a pair of men, tops/Doms, with him as the center of attention dressed as a female. He knows that that I am helping him realize that goal.

Why? He has implied that he periodically feels like he should have been born a woman. Alas, I am not equipped to help him with the sexual part.
